That is why the Bible has many references for being merciful to the “fatherless children.” It’s a human need to have a father and mother.

More than one way to be an ‘orphan’, isn’t there? I agree with you. It’s sad. It confuses kids so badly.

Females need the same strong and good male to know that they can be loved w/o trying to please the base and vile.
Mothers are natural nurturers and, when teemed with a good father, the team is complete. This crapola that both sexes are so similar that we needn't concern ourselves over the differences is Satan's biggest and most effective play. Disintegrate the specific differences and roles of the 2 (TWO) sexes and the rest crumbles along with it.

What a supremely enlightenng insight. I had always thought of the attention to "fatherless" children in terms of economic deprivation, but I hadn't thought so much of the role of the father in the family as protector/provider, head teacher and, so to speak executive director --- a pillar of solid strength and steadfast love so badly needed by children and their mother.
Thank you.
