Nerve gas in the cockpit?

Could be something as simple as losing one of the windows in the cockpit and the cold temperatures mixed with the high altitude could have rendered the crew unconscious before they could engage the auto pilot or radio a distress signal. That’s just an uneducated guess so it could very well be the killer bees. Or French killer yellowjackets.
