Can Local Law Enforcement arrest punks for treason or does it have to be a federal law enforcement person?
We have become a nation of scofflaws...and the most immediate way to help return it..to a Nation of Laws...is to ARREST the scofflaws..

FBI investigates, and Congress must charge. At least that's how I understand it.
Believe it or not, Treason relies mostly on intent and is rarely investigated.
There was a time when people like this were severely beaten in front of a hundred witnesses
and when the police arrived nobody would clam to have seen anything.
And yes, people like this deserve that kind of action. But the Law will not touch the traitor.
