Iran has wanted to bring down the Sauds for a long time but they were geographically prevented by the Gulf and Iraq’s location.. Now with Revolutionary Guards in Iraq that obstacle is no longer in existence. The Sauds have a lot of modern equipment but there was and is doubt about the quality of their soldiers. Also there are many Americans living, if not in Saudi then in Qatar, the UAE, Dubai, and a great many Indian, Malayan, and Filipino workers in the same places. The Sauds are bombing the Houthi now. If Iran reacts, a lot more than oil prices could go up. The balloon could go up as well.

Aren’t large numbers of the Saudi military actually Pakistanis and other foreigners?
