Relevant info from the past: a little past history. James Kallstrom retired as FBI director, NY office in 1997, to return to private practice; James was the Governments official spokesman during the initial and on going TWA flight 800 investigation.

He suspiciously walked down his initial claim that an external explosion was blamed (read missile) that had been proven beyond doubt to be caused by a spark in one fuel chamber. Witnesses and other evidence be damned. What a guy.

Now Rush, who is my favorite source of information and comment, is commenting on the recent plane crash, so the past immediately came to mind and the seemingly embarrassing situation that Rush was caught in ... well you older freepers may recall.

Mr. Kallstrom is currently chairman of MC-LEF, Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation, and Rush is on the Board of Directors. Mr.Kallstrom is a quality guy and no doubt the MC-LEF is top tier. So yeah Mr. Kallstrom all is forgiven.

And Rush, how can we forget that you had supported Mr. Kallstrom as head of that organization with millions of dollars plus your many friends who also contributed millions. Real money for real service to veterans family’s.

But still, from my lowly place in life, I get bad vibes from those Clinton days and the absolute political raw power that forced a good man to deny what I believe to be the truth behind the TWA 800 explosion. May God bless America.
