Just wait until the bundling (if you have it) expires. The bundling discount expires at the end of the term if you don’t add something else to the bundle. I always thought that the bundling discount is indefinite — it isn’t.

And it can get really expensive each time you add something else and it expires a year later.

But that is part of their game.

No bundling with ours..there were some circumstances.

We had been overcharged..didn’t know we had DVR service, they had years ago given us the wrong box.

So short story is we are grandfathered in for 2 modem outlets because that’s what we signed up for 6 years ago. Now no extra cost.

Plus we get the no bundling deal BUT they offered a cheaper monthly cost if we took the bundling package for 2 years.

I’m sure it will change but if we get a year or two at this rate..even if it’s expensive...we can deal with it.

Not for everybody but we overpaid for several years. They did the right thing and we reached an agreement that we can leave anytime we want.
