If you look at the last sentence, the evidence suggests that the baby gasped for air. This means she was alive. She died as the result of a barbaric, unnecessary and unwanted C-section and that makes it murder.
What a heartbreaking thing to read, "...gasped for air." How barbaric is this woman? And, it should be murder charge, except that a Planned Parenthood Operator (prosecutor) is trying to make this go away so it does not shout volumes to the world about PP.
