If it is not a crime in colorado does that mean that the state can force woman to have an abortion like in china? I mean the state can “force” you to have to take Obamacare, right?
In theory thanks to the USSC, they can tax you, say, $100,000 if you have a child. So no they cannot (yet) force you to have an abortion but they can make it unbearably (more) expensive... like they did with Obamacare. “You are free to do what you want, but if you don’t do what we ask you pay a tax.”
