Is this a joint exercise with Russians again? Or maybe Chinese or Arabs? Cause you're right - it doesn't make sense....

Unless they want to 'get away' with being heavily armed... in an urban environment...

Well, they better be wearing some type of hat .. otherwise their haircuts might give them away.

On the other hand, they might show up with longish hair and beards .. just to throw us off.
