33 Chelsea did not go to an Ivy League school. She went to Stanford U in CA, and she had already graduated by the time Bill & Hillary left the WH. They did send her on to Oxford where she seemed to have spent most of her time passed out in pubs, as many photos proved.
That should have said #3.
