Hillary is already running for president. She has been running for president since before Bill left office in 2001. She has been running for president full time since at least 2007.

The question of whether she will run is moot. The only question is whether she will ever be forced to stop.

Of course, if Hillary is forced out, then she will immediately start working on Chelsea's presidential campaign.

I have often thought the beast was wanting to ‘appear as though she was running’ in order to continue collecting $300,000 honoraria up until the last minute. Once a candidate declares the spotlight will come off of her and she will diminish. If she declares she cannot collect that honoraria. She must have an incredible ability to rationalize the evil of her critics to forth and actually run.
