Of course it worked. No ordinary citizen is allowed to have a concealed firearm. Not true since February of 2014. Illinois has Conceal/Carry and as a result, Chicago's murder rate dropped 56%. No longer the murder capital of the country, thanks in large part to Conceal/Carry being the law of the land.
