Does the ruling class have a clue how fed up average US citizens are of being bullied and having pols back down? It's not just this. It's the Ferguson-inspired protests that are allowed to get way out of hand. It's the media being so afraid of offending blacks with the wrong words they won't tell it like it is with black entitlement. It's no one having the guts to say governments shouldn't be marrying anyone, that the gov should be providing legal documents for those who want to share assets and take responsibility for each other etc. It's standing up and talking about individual freedom and the constitution and negative influences the invasion and out of control corporate greed have had on the US. It's about not just blaming police for excess but praising them when they do their job well.

Life in a fascist state is never what I imagined when I was starting out. Now we're living is a fascist state with a very real danger of anarchy this summer.

As I understand it, he’s calling for the bill to be amended to reflect existing federal law. If indeed the law is the same as what exists now at the federal level, this shouldn’t be a problem.
