Bawhaha. Just excellent! I like the way your mind works.
Back in the mid-sixties my best bud worked as a bar tender in a notable restaurant within sight of the Capitol. This place had a bronze ship’s bell that was rung when a House or Senate quorum call was made. Many a time I saw John Tower being helped to his chauferred car. He was one happy little drinker. Lobbyists, journalists, politicians, and hangers-on partied hard. Since the statute of limitations applies and most of those characters have passed on, if I mentioned one particular classy lady by the name of Sylvia, may of those gents would fondly recall her girls.
