Uh, the tinting, the “high-powered” 9mm machine gun, the high capacity “clips”, the knife, the “excessive” amount of ammo, the marijuana. Hope they weren’t “haters” as well. Just adds seriousness to the crime. Me? I’m just a disliker.

I bought a car that had “excessive tint” on the windows. After no problems for 2 years, I was pulled over twice in one week by two different PDs. The second cop handed me an inspection order, and it ended up that the tint on the windows was 3% (how could they even GUESS that insignificant an “infraction?”) too dark, so I had to pull it off. And pay a fine, and pay for the inspection...

It’s obvious that neither cop had never driven on the prairies or through the desert in the summer. You NEED that dark tint in the 100+* sun!

Per another article:

McManus has been arrested 11 times before, most recently for a 1999 robbery in Bed-Stuy for which he served 10 years in prison, according to police and Department of Correction records.

He was released on parole in August 2011, prison records show.
