NORWALK (CNS) - Two brothers pleaded no contest today to assault with a firearm in connection with a shootout outside a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Pico Rivera, in which several bullets struck the restaurant but no one was injured. Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza immediately sentenced Jimmy Ortiz, 31, and Jesse Ortiz, 34, of Pico Rivera, to two years in state prison following their pleas, according to Deputy District Attorney Brock Lunsford.

I wouldn’t go into a Chuck E. Cheese if I was starving to death and had a million dollars to spend on food. If I had that much to spend, I wouldn't either.
But what if your 5 year old has a birthday and you have $100 to spend?
