More fun is asking 'conservatives' what article and clause in the Constitution empowers the Federal government to ban it.

Easy. The same part that allows the federal government to ban chemical and bacteriological weapons.

Since the articles and clauses in the Constitution are numbered, can you point me to the one you think empowers the federal government to ban a naturally growing plant.
