The first thing I thought about when I read this is that the law of unintended consequences will be a real b*tch for Dems.
They do something intended to get weapons out of private hands. Instead they end up providing government financing for massive upgrades to personal arsenals, nation-wide.
Democrats are evil and relentless. Their only redeeming feature is that they are stupid. I pray that their lack of foresight will give decent people time to get organized.
