True, but what was the last time you saw a violation of the Constitution prosecuted according to the Constitution (Probably not since about 1913)
True. But my point is that if we are to decide which authority to follow within the hierarchy of conflicting authorities we have, those that act according to the Constitution are the ones who deserve our earthly loyalty first and foremost.
