This is a 17 yr old running from the cops at the scene of the shooting. While I respect the rights of the accused, I seriously doubt this was a modern day Thomas Jefferson.
LOL, you respect the rights of the accused but you support the cops shooting someone in the back and killing him as he ran away.
Good thing we have radios, technology, backup and training.
What does it matter. All cops badges are 007 anymore. They don't need reasons, because they will never be charged.
