Whoever wrote,or translated, that article must have been very drunk.

Several possible explanations: yours or it may be from Hebrew text, so reading from right to left could cause a problem for the guy with a dictionary trying to translate it into English, which he doesn't understand either. Or it's just a crappy computer translation.

Ask language teachers about essays written by students who try to use Google translations instead of actually trying to write what they are supposed to be learning in class. The results are as funny and crappy as the article.

Classic story about early computer translation.
The phrase ‘out of sight, out of mind” is translated into Chinese.
Then it’s translated back to English and the output is:
“Invisible, insane”....
