I hate that stuff. regardless of a race then all should be treated equally, but it seems some will say anything to get more votes.
When he talks about laws that disproportionately incarcerate people of color, is he referring to laws against murder and rape?

Just what we need, affirmative action taking a new direction, no victims, crime rates fall, this could be his way to get drugs legalized. Too bad I can’t remove rp from my list, he never made it. It may not really be all that bad, he could just be pandering.
