Well sure, if you’re a traitor, foreign agent, foreign citizen, or foreign power. If you’re a U. S. Citizen there isn’t. And for the folks categorized above, it’s not an excuse. It’s simply their plan of operation.
How do you explain it if your a city, county, regional, state, or federal government government figure? For them, there simply isn’t any excuse.
