After 2008 I was buying ammo there. I got a 10% employee discount and the guys and girls in the sports section looked out for me. CCI blazer brass was 8.69, without the 10% discount, not to mention I stocked up on .22. I’ve only bought one weapon at Walmart, a Crickett Youth Rifle.
I like to shoot CCI Maxi Mags in my Keltec PMR 30. They are really getting pricey. We usually try to cruise Pro Bass and one of our local gun shops to pick up a box or two. They limit it to two boxes now. If they even have them.
The Walmart near us does not carry guns and has a real no frills ammo case which is usually almost empty.
