Protect and Serve seems to have been replaced with a obey or die war like tactics. The same type of tactics you'd expect to find in places like Somalia.

I got a bad feeling that some of those guys got their rocks off with that beat down.
They're probably doing everything they can right now to try and patch this guy up, minimize this guys wounds, hoping they heal quickly before images of him can be released.
Here's another unarmed suspect who just happened to get beat to death gang style. The cops were acquitted here because Kelly Thomas used his head to attack the cops fists and boots.
Mentally impaired man, who during his beat down that eventually killed him, begged for his daddy and mommy. I think it was filmed by a person on a bus. Not sure but I think a priest tried to get the police to stop hitting him.
