No. Something else fell on the ground. The cop *used* the taser on Scott after the object hit the ground. Scott never touched the cop’s taser.

The ‘struggle’ was the cop grabbing Scott’s wrist and Scott twisting away and continuing to run. Then the cop tased him, then shot him.

Followed by riots that would make the Rodney King riots look like a Sunday picnic.

And the jury will get the blame. This happens over and over. Prosecutors are the lowest of government hacks.
