A deputy got kicked? I doubt if it was intentional. On the rider’s part that is. The horse on the other hand.....
I got kicked by horse when I was a youngster. That SOB (the horse) did on it on purpose, and with malice aforethought.

I had a quarter horse kick me in the leg a few years ago.It was about like having a major league ballplayer take a free swing with his favorite bat.I thought my femur was broken.
