Actually, he means the helicopters will follow Hillary to Iowa, just as the helicopters gave us an afternoon of viewing pleasure with OJ at the wheel of the Bronco.

I think they believe that overhead TV helicopters will be following her caravan much like the OJ slow speed chase in the white Bronco. At least that is my guess.
