Must be an inside job, the way it partially collapsed so perfectly, as though by controlled partial demolition. No doubt Obama partially knew beforehand, if not partially personally responsible.

That is right where I park for Indian games. It is an older building. It is more likely that the curtain wall came loose or part oft the decorative cornice brick work. This is a steel structure building form the 20’s or thirties.
