Agree. Authorities are trying to put a spin on it, that it was a tiny lapse in judgement. If a private citizen like you or I did it to another, it would be murder. Plain and simple. When it comes to a person's life in the balance, you damn well better know what you're doing before squeezing the trigger, regardless of what you think you are pointing at them. I say it's murder, and the cop should do time for it.

yeah. From what I saw on the video, they had enough cops on him to eat him.
It was not a cop that shot the victim. Not even a real deputy.

OMG. At least he won’t be a millionaire much longer.
At 73 the man should not be active or reserve in the police.
I agree. His role, imo, is to be a mentor and a teacher and he should be doing administration work.
