Assuming the Philly stations didn’t downplay it and/or report on it at a time of minimal viewership, it is only seen within that region. Which means, of course, nobody else knows about it.

They showed the video when they were looking for the perps identity. It was on their web sites as a top story and I assume on the 6 and 11 pm news.
Other than to show our society at its worst, I cannot imagine anyone out of the area would be interested in it.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police have arrested and charged 3 juveniles with the beating of a man at an Olney gas station. All three were charged as juveniles with attempted murder, aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses. Authorities say a total of six people were arrested in connection to the April 7th beating.
