If you are basing your timeline on the video. the guy who shot the video says that he didn’t start filming the video until after the struggle when Scott ran.

The audio was from the cop, who was transmitting it back to the police vehicle from the foot pursuit. I assume it’s why when he started to get out of transmit range the audio started breaking.

There was no two minute long fight between these two as you suggested. If a timeline which confirms a two minute long fight exists, I would like to see the link to that.

BTW, based on the dash-cam vid/audio and the cell camera video, they should be able to establish nearly exactly how many seconds transpired from the initial traffic stop foot pursuit until the first shot was fired. I’m guessing the entire foot pursuit from start until shot fired was less than 60 seconds.
