It would be a smart thing to do to have a modicum of training. It would really suck to lose all your assets because of an easily preventable error.

I don't think there will be any unusual run on gun shops because the bangers that might want to have one legal will be eyed suspiciously while IN the shop and more than likely sidle on out ... and get their gun where they could'a got 'em anyway ... on the street

Every one else will ... in all likelihood .. have a .. as you say .. modicum of desire to know a little something about what they want and what they should know

All things considered, I think it's just a reversal of a lot of the unconstitutional gun laws that have piled up over the years and Americans are beginning to push back against the enemies of our state (nation)

Totally agree. Maybe, if people are going to carry, there should be gun training courses in high school just like driver training.
