I'm not so sure about that. If some of the rumors are true, it could certainly be her plan. Where do you think she was during the Benghazi attack? I wouldn't rule out the possibility that she and Obama were both zoned out on something.
I’ve said that from the day Benghazi happened; Obama and/or Hillary were, IMO, imbibing their mood-altering substances-of-choice at the time and neither were in any shape to go before cameras nor make decisions when people’s lives hung in the balance.
Also, Hillary’s head injury that happened around the time she was supposed to testify before some joke of a committee regarding Benghazi had all the earmarks of a falling-down drunk falling down and whacking her head on the counter. The same thing happened to a second cousin of mine who liked the sauce a bit too much, only he took the corner of the counter right in the center of the forehead and didn’t live through it.
