So this more a story about Exxon than anybody else. I don’t think the sanctions on Putin are doing much good, either.

In my opinion, it is more about Parker Drilling, the contractor that actually had to build and operate the equipment to complete the work.

But then as a contractor to oil/gas majors, my view might be biased.
