Do you have a better phrasing to ask the question of what information they already have?
Its your responsibility to find a way to somehow not be insulting. I can’t do that for you. Take responsibility for your actions, and if you’re still stuck, go take a communications class.
(But, of course, you’re not stuck, and what you’re writing is a result of many “communications” classes and very deliberate.)
