The major problem facing The Academics, is the one line schools of the current and future. My consulting Co, would be reluctant to hire anyone from the Icy league, or with a 4.0 GPA. The downside is that sitting around the house doing on line studies, you miss all the Frat Parties, and campus brawls. In the 6 years of College, I can only think of 5 profs that were worth their pay.
