I’m smart enough to not live in Connecticut. I didn’t bother paying much attention to the details because I will never live in Ct and don’t care what they do.
I’m sorry to make that comment ambiguous. I didn’t mean it that you were stupid. I meant it that the legislator was kind of stupid to propose such a bill.
However, though I am not a citizen of CT, what they tolerate there may effectively affect me, when their behavior is exported. I live in a state that is almost criminally corrupted in its politics (IMHO), and they could use some dumb thing like this as an example.
