I’ve been doing night shift, 6.00pm to 6.00 am and it sucked because I had obligations in the day and when I cold rest I could never sleep. I was surviving on 3 to 4 hours of sleep.

I'm lucky....I've only worked a handful of NOC shifts..in my career.
I don't know how people do it...really.
