I think I would possibly be inclined to go to the funeral of a close friend or family member who is a homosexual and maybe even the wedding reception (but not ceremony). However, I don't have any friends who are homosexuals (I have a couple of business acquaintances that are, but I wouldn't be going to their wedding even if they weren't) and the only relative I know of is a very distant cousin.

My husband and I attended the wedding reception of our lesbian neighbors back in, I believe, 2007. Fortunately, we were not invited to the wedding, so were spared that decision. I would definitely attend the funeral of a friend or family member (sister).
