Everyone except the REPUBLICAN caucus. I would assume that at this point in time, Boehner is well on his way to getting drunk and his aides are busily writing talking points for him tomorrow that will completely satisfy conservatives eagerly waiting for a crumb to soothe their worry.

Well, he did promise to “fundamentally transform this country”.
Large numbers of people actually viewed that as a good thing.
I am not among them.
