I agree with this in general, except when they are cut of the same cloth as Holder, who has proven that he cares nothing about Justice, and has been the most partisan AG in our history.
So I guess Jeb thinks that the “advise and consent” CHECK on Presidential excesses is NOT needed.
But this is America — not some “Hispanic” country, whose Constitution does NOT limit what their dictators can do.
And (Knock-knock, Jeb! Wake up!) there ARE excesses....
