With the exception of very rare DNA mutations a person is either born with a Y chromosome making them a male or without one making them a female.
It is just that simple. Wanting it to be different doesn't make it so any more than wanting a cobra to be nonpoisonous makes their bite safe.

There is more to it than just X and Y chromosomes. The critical factor in creating a male brain and nervous system is the level of testosterone in the uterine environment. This process doesn’t always go smoothly and as a result you have XY’s with a female brain and nervous system - your classic male homosexual.
