A drunken argument over whether Android or Apple smartphones were superior turned violent early today when two Oklahoma roommates began assaulting each other during the bloody telecommunications debate.
According to Tulsa police, Jiaro Mendez and Elias Acevedo were outside their apartment around 1 AM when their phone quarrel moved to the stabbing stage.
As they tussled in a parking lot, Acevedo allegedly struck Mendez in the back of the head with a beer bottle. When cops subsequently apprehended Acevedo, he was “covered in blood” and “also had several lacerations on his body from the fight.”
Both men were treated for cuts and bruises at a local hospital, where Mendez told police that the pair had been “arguing about which phone was better, the iPhone or the Android.”
Acevedo, pictured above, was booked into the county jail for felony assault with a deadly weapon. Acevedo, 21, is being held without bond, while an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold has also been placed on him, according to jail records.
Investigators did not disclose which of the men was the Apple fanboy or the Android devotee.
I love my Apple products, as they’re the best around ... the iMac, iPhone, iPad (those are mine) ... but I’ll guarantee you ... I’m not going on a drinking binge and shoot or stab someone ... LOL ...

Drunks are unpredictable. The might end up beating on each other with the computers arguing over which beer was the best.
I have heard that extreme Apple fanboys can make a normal person stabby.

I know this is about Andriod but the debate is there for anything other iapple.

Jeez, there’s no doubt as to what product the writer prefers. Apple users are FANBOYS but Adroid users are DEVOTEES.
Judging from some of the posts I’ve seen in FR and other sites, if I was betting, I’d say the “devotee” suffered from Apple Derangement Syndrome and will be let off as “Not Guilty Due to Insanity (ADS variant)”.

Apple’s sodomite CEO and aggressively pro sodomite stances could possibly bring me to blows with someone under the right circumstances.
I have no tolerance for companies that actively and aggressively promote sodomy and attack Christians like Apple has done recently.
