Now you get it/
the question that I keep asking?
“do you want Obama to be weaker, or stronger in dealing with the little KGB trash?”
“do you want Obama to be weaker, or stronger in dealing with the little KGB trash?”
I want Obama to act like a President. And you?
I think anyone who supports war between the US and Russia in the Ukraine is an idiot.
Since no one is talking about such a thing, that is pretty weird to blurt out.
I do know that anyone who preaches weakness and submission to Russian invasions on Europe is someone contributing to a bloody future to come, and a future war.
So you refuse to say if you want Obama to be stronger or weaker in dealing with Russia, judging from your posts, you appear to be to the left of Obama on European policy and want him and NATO to be weaker in dealing Russia.
Seems to me that you are the leftist here since you do not understand the function of the Executive branch of our government. Regardless of who our President is, they “must” be stronger than our adversaries.
It is their job to protect us, something that Obama has failed to do. It is their job to work with the other branches of government to ensure that our liberties are guaranteed. Obama has failed to do that. It is the job of our President to work with our allies and against our enemies. Obama failed to do that.
The fact that you are so obsessed on “whether I want Obama to be stronger or weaker than Putin” is absurd to say the least, especially since it has nothing to do with anything except an opinion which doesn’t make a bit of difference to anyone except you.
If you cannot discern from my responses whether I want Obama, and not the President of the United States to be stronger or weaker than Putin, you might want to look at talking to people more your speed. Perhaps on DU or DailyKOS.
This conversation is over.
If you don’t know if you support the actions that we have taken so far against Putin, or want us to be weaker in dealing with him, then I don’t know what you are arguing.
Personally, I want a stronger response, more like Ted Cruz recommends, I think that Obama and NATO isn’t being strong enough although some of their actions have been pretty good, like the Spearhead reaction force, and I’m glad that they continue to conduct military exercises in Ukraine.
