That time was quite a while ago, when Congress passed the forfeiture laws allowing the IRS to accuse a taxpayer of some infraction, seize the property, homes and businesses of the accused, lose in the tax court, and NEVER GIVE BACK WHAT THEY WRONGFULLY TOOK!
