I know exactly what he is doing, he is trying to drain off support, divide the field, and ensure the nomination of Jeb Bush .... failing that and only that.. would he step up to take the nomination himself.
Conservative Candidates have more support than the establishment, but you through enough people in the mix, they can’t compete against a single establishment candidate.
With comments like this he will only be stealing votes from Bush, plus he is destined to split the Florida vote with Bush and harm them both in the process.
If Rubio is pushing amnesty like this, he's more likely to drain votes from Jeb Bush.
