Or....buy some unsweetened bakers chocolate.

That's what I buy - and just keep a little bowl handy for snacking.

Sometimes put cayenne pepper in my hot chocolate - ala Mayans. But don't do hot chocolate often - when I do, I use organic whole milk and xylitol or stevia for sweetener - and a dash of salt, a splash of pure vanilla (I make) and blob of organic butter (I make my butter from organic whole milk - in my NINJA blender - easiest ever.)

Way to go. Straight chocolate! Does not get any darker than that!!! :)

Those people eating expensive Godiva chocolates and the like are fooling themselves!!!
