They are just waving money in front of blacks to get them to vote. If they actually succeeded it would defeat the purpose. They know they won’t succeed but that is not the point.
Blacks are becoming less important to the Democrat/Progressives. They are being replaced by Latinos/ ilegals. Watch as instant citizenship, Spanish Language schools, Latino jobs come forth from the Left. Blacks have rioted themselves out of relevancy.
