Six Minnesota appeared in federal court Monday are charged with providing support to a terrorism organization, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

The men were arrested in Minnesota and California on Sunday.

Nineteen-year-old Zacharia Yusuf Abdurahman, 19-year-old Adnan Farah, 19-year-old Hanad Mustafe Musse and 20-year-old Guled Ali Omar were arrested in Minneapolis. Twenty-one-year-old Adirahman Yasin Daud and 21-year-old Mohamed Abdihamid Farah were arrested in San Diego. All six are Somali-American, the FBI said.

The charges and arrests are tied to the efforts of the six men to try to get to Syria to join the terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

They're treating this like it's some big surprise. This has been going on for years.

I work with a guy that shares a last name with one of these clowns. Didn't see him at work today. Maybe tomorrow I'll see if he knows any of these punks.

I don’t blame Minnesota.

Minnesota isn’t responsible for letting these Somali scum into the USA in the first place. After all, last week’s terrorist was a Somali from Ohio.

How can this be? Obama killed bin Laden. That was the end of it, I thought.

It’s not a matter of if but when more Americans are killed by Jarrett’s people.

It’s odd that Minnesota is chosen. This is the state that’s the descendants of Nordic people.

Welcomed into MN by various Lutheran do-gooders, sustained by our overly generous welfare system. Not good enough for them. So, now they’re “disenfranchised” to the point where they feel the only thing they can do is become frikken’ terrorists.

GHW Bush relocated tens of thousands of Iraqis after Gulf War I.

BJ Clinton relocated thousands from the Serbia-Kosovo/Bosnia.

GW Bush relocates tens of thousands from various Middle Eastern/Islamic states.

Obama relocates tens of thousands from various Middle eastern/Islamic states.

But, but, but I keep hearing from MN Leftist friends that Minnesota is doing so well! Especially compared to Wisconsin......but they are always talking about Dayton vs Walker. Never a disparaging word about the reality of things like this in Minnesota.

These folks want to wage war and kill. Spend all kinds of money getting back to the hot spots. Wouldn’t it be more environmentally sound if we had just left them there? No jet fuel wasted. Goobamint needs to do a study on the benefits of just letting them rot in place.

The Lutes brought them all in. So, in a way, Minnesota is to blame.

It doesn’t sound like they have a terror recruiting problem at all. Sounds like they’re doing just fine.

But...they DO need to concentrate on terror recruiting discouragement.

Bingo.

This has been going on for decades and those looking to blame Minnesota, the Lutherans, or any other single group are not going to stop it.

The one common denominator has been a complicit US government that has provided the permits, the transportation, the encouragement and the support.

Refugees and exiles are attractive to some when it comes to the importation and ‘sponsorship’ of same. I remember years ago when the Hmong&others were amongst one of many ethnic folk that sought and received asylum in Minniesoda and other states.

I also remember having a Somali taxi driver that looked a bit like bin laden (not that I’m profiling.. He did!) a year after 911 when I had to travel thru MSP for a funeral.

He and family has come as refugees a few years earlier when Clinton was in orifice. Still had family there.. I hope his family has seen fit to reject the past and see the promise of a future without war or mayhem.

I say take advantage of the Right of Return and take the Somalis back and get a refund....

And lets not forget business. Things started getting rough in food processing when the heat was on over hiring illegals so those companies went to government and asked for another source of cheap labor.
